Give the Alloy Tool to the Undead Mechanic for 80,000 experience and Untranslated Page #4, part of the Undead Mechanic Quest.

The Facility Hub is divided into three wings: A portal to the Facility Hub is also available in the Town Network. You can hand back the gem to learn Facility Hub Recall. All new characters are given one of these devices on creation, and new orbs may be obtained from the Society Agents (see Exploration Society Letters for locations). To enter the hub, use the innate spell of the Facility Hub Portal Gem.
